Terms and Conditions
All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and your acceptance of them is expressed by completing the online order form including ticking the Terms and Conditions box.
Copyright
By supplying us with artwork, you warrant that you have the copyright or licence to that image or the written permission of the copyright owner to use the photograph. Under no circumstances will photArt.co.uk be responsible for any copyright issues arising as a result of you supplying us with any image or artwork in breach of copyright.
Artwork supplied
photArt.co.uk cannot guarantee the final outcome of a print if the artwork you supply is of inferior quality or not suitable for a print size required by you. We will do our best to give you a quality finish but we cannot be held responsible for the end product if your supplied image is poor. It is your responsibility to ensure that all colours, sizes and cropping areas are indicated. photArt.co.uk will print works exactly as supplied by you unless otherwise requested.
Right to refuse
photArt.co.uk hold the right to refuse work which is deemed of very low quality or in contradiction with our business morals and principles. This may include but is not limited to: poor artwork, immoral or illegal materials.
Availability
photArt.co.uk have most advertised materials in stock at all times. We reserve the right to substitute materials for an equal or better one if the need arises.
Prices
photArt.co.uk prices are highly competitive, however we reserve the right to alter these without notice.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Every piece of artwork ordered through this site is bespoke and created explicitly and uniquely for you. This means that unfortunately photArt.co.uk is not able to offer you a refund or a cancellation once the order has been accepted. However this does not affect your statutory rights.
The completed work
photArt.co.uk will do their best to give you a product as close to your request as possible. However, under no circumstances will photArt.co.uk be responsible for colour-matching. Our discretion is final.
Delivery
We will do our best to deliver your products in the quickest possible time without sacrificing quality. photArt.co.uk do not have any control over any delivery companies. Some deliveries may be delayed due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, photArt.co.uk will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you CHECK your delivery before signing for it. photArt.co.uk will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in perfect condition.
Loss or damage
photArt.co.uk shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product during transport beyond the value of the invoice and what you have paid us.
Discrepancies
Any discrepancies in the final work delivered to you must be reported to photArt.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt.
Purchasing
By making a purchase from photArt.co.uk, you agree to allow photArt.co.uk to showcase or feature your work on their web site or any other related web sites or in promotional literature.
Canvas sizes - End product
photArt.co.uk cannot guarantee that the final size will be exactly the size requested. If the size requested does not match the image aspect ratio then cropping may be required.
